First, I fought this person in a random battle just before this, and we both had different teams. That battle was very one sided and I won with a 6-2 lead, largely because I was playing with an experimental team I doubt he had seen before. We then agreed to battle again, except with different teams.
My team: Heatran, Salamence, Celebi, Infernape, Fortress, Blissey
His team :alakazam, Empoleon, magnezone, Dusknoir, Lucario, Salamence
Rules: Evasion Clause, Freeze Clause, OHKO Clause, Sleep Clause, Soul Dew Clause, Timed Battle
temporius sent out Heatran (lvl 100 Heatran ?).
fezican sent out huddeinni (lvl 100 Alakazam ?).
huddeinni used Reflect.
A barrier was formed!
Heatran used Stealth Rock.
Pointed stones float in the air around your foe's team!
---
huddeinni used Light Screen.
A barrier was formed!
Heatran used Fire Blast.
huddeinni lost 34% of its health.
Standard opening, nothing special. He sets up reflect/light screen and I set up stealth rock and get a head start on fire blasting him.
huddeinni used Psychic.
It's not very effective...
Heatran lost 21% of its health.
Heatran used Fire Blast.
huddeinni lost 39% of its health.
huddeinni was burned!
huddeinni was hurt by its burn!
huddeinni lost 12% of its health.
That put his alakazam just outside of SR death range. Now, I start making tons of mistakes.
fezican switched in icanfly (lvl 100 Empoleon ?).
Pointed stones dug into icanfly.
icanfly lost 6% of its health.
Heatran used Fire Blast.
icanfly lost 26% of its health.
icanfly's leftovers restored its health a little!
icanfly restored 6% of its health.
---
temporius switched in Celebi (lvl 100 Celebi).
icanfly used Surf.
It's not very effective...
Celebi lost 17% of its health.
icanfly's leftovers restored its health a little!
icanfly restored 6% of its health.
---
Celebi used Psychic.
It's not very effective...
icanfly lost 12% of its health.
icanfly used Ice Beam.
It's super effective!
Celebi lost 46% of its health.
icanfly's leftovers restored its health a little!
icanfly restored 6% of its health.
My first mistake: celebi. I had leaf storm, but for some reason didn’t use it. Probably, I forgot that steel resists psychic, which i just saw with heatran. Just switching celebi in was a mistake. Almost every Empoleon has ice beam.
temporius switched in Forretress (lvl 100 Forretress ?).
icanfly used Ice Beam.
It's not very effective...
A critical hit!
Forretress lost 37% of its health.
icanfly's leftovers restored its health a little!
icanfly restored 6% of its health.
---
icanfly used Surf.
Forretress lost 50% of its health.
Forretress used Earthquake.
It's super effective!
icanfly lost 19% of its health.
icanfly's reflect wore off!
icanfly's leftovers restored its health a little!
icanfly restored 6% of its health.
Mistake number 2: Attempting to attack him with a wall. Walls do very little damage to begin with, and reflect makes that almost nothing. He also was a special attacker, I have no idea why I didn’t attempt to force him to switch by sending in blissey.
temporius switched in Salamence (lvl 100 Salamence ?).
Salamence's intimidate cut icanfly's attack!
icanfly used Knock Off.
Salamence lost 3% of its health.
icanfly knocked off foe Salamence's Choice Band!
icanfly's light screen wore off!
icanfly's leftovers restored its health a little!
icanfly restored 6% of its health.
---
Salamence used Dragon Claw.
It's not very effective...
icanfly lost 18% of its health.
icanfly used Ice Beam.
It's super effective!
A critical hit!
Salamence lost 222% of its health.
temporius's Salamence fainted.
icanfly's leftovers restored its health a little!
icanfly restored 6% of its health.
Here I either suffer from short term memory loss, forgetting he had ice beam, or hoping I could sweep him with dragon claw. It didn’t work. I now have three healthy pokemon left, one fainted, and two so badly injured that they probably won’t be of any use. He has 1 useless poke, one slightly damaged, and 4 at full health.
temporius switched in Heatran (lvl 100 Heatran ?).
Heatran used Explosion.
It's not very effective...
icanfly lost 43% of its health.
temporius's Heatran fainted.
icanfly used Surf.
But there was no target!
icanfly's leftovers restored its health a little!
icanfly restored 6% of its health.
I thought I might be able to take him down with explosion. I couldn’t, so that gives him a huge advantage. At this point, I pretty much think I lost. I can’t see any pokemon that would be able to survive more than one hit from that beast and still be able to actually deal damage. But then I rememberd something crucial: I don’t have to survive that hit.
temporius switched in Infernape (lvl 100 Infernape ?).
Infernape used Mach Punch.
It's super effective!
icanfly lost 42% of its health.
fezican's icanfly fainted.
Infernape lost 10% of its health.
Priority attacks to the rescue! At this point, I feel pretty much invincible, having just taken down that empoleon. Now it’s his turn to start making mistakes.
fezican switched in Minivan (lvl 100 Dusknoir ?).
Minivan is exerting its pressure!
Pointed stones dug into Minivan.
Minivan lost 12% of its health.
Infernape used Swords Dance.
Infernape's attack was sharply raised.
Minivan used Ice Punch.
It's not very effective...
Infernape lost 14% of its health.
Minivan's leftovers restored its health a little!
Minivan restored 6% of its health.
---
Infernape used Flare Blitz.
Minivan lost 98% of its health.
fezican's Minivan fainted.
Infernape was hit by recoil!
Infernape lost 31% of its health.
Infernape lost 10% of its health.
One shot kill on a dusknoir, I now feel like it’s going to be smooth sailing to an easy victory. I still have to worry about life orb recoil, which means I won’t be able to sweep his entire team, but I should be able to take out most of it and make short work of the rest.
fezican switched in huddeinni (lvl 100 Alakazam ?).
Pointed stones dug into huddeinni.
huddeinni lost 12% of its health.
Infernape used Mach Punch.
It's not very effective...
huddeinni lost 47% of its health.
fezican's huddeinni fainted.
Infernape lost 10% of its health.
Nothing to see here, move along.
fezican switched in Ryu (lvl 100 Lucario ?).
Pointed stones dug into Ryu.
Ryu lost 3% of its health.
Infernape used Mach Punch.
It's super effective!
A critical hit!
Ryu lost 352% of its health.
fezican's Ryu fainted.
Infernape lost 10% of its health.
At this point, I still have enough health left for two more attacks, which is equal to the number of pokemon he has. I am absolutely certain I cannot be defeated at this point.
fezican switched in Salamence (lvl 100 Salamence ?).
Salamence's intimidate cut Infernape's attack!
Pointed stones dug into Salamence.
Salamence lost 25% of its health.
Infernape used Flare Blitz.
It's not very effective...
Salamence lost 103% of its health.
fezican's Salamence fainted.
Infernape was hit by recoil!
Infernape lost 28% of its health.
temporius's Infernape fainted.
Uh oh, should’ve seen that coming. I probably should have just used close combat so I would be able to sweep his next poke, but I forgot that dragon types resisted fire, and was worried about not having a strong enough attack. After my infernape fell, I was still confident that I could just send in my remaining pokes and mop up his last pokemon.
temporius switched in Celebi (lvl 100 Celebi).
fezican switched in magnepoo (lvl 100 Magnezone).
Pointed stones dug into magnepoo.
magnepoo lost 6% of its health.
magnepoo used Hidden Power.
It's super effective!
Celebi lost 46% of its health.
temporius's Celebi fainted.
---
temporius switched in Forretress (lvl 100 Forretress ?).
magnepoo used Hidden Power.
It's not very effective...
Forretress lost 17% of its health.
temporius's Forretress fainted.
A magnezone. Exactly the pokemon I didn’t want to see. I have nothing to take down this thing other than forretress, which couldn’t survive a single hit. All I have now is a blissey, which has HP dark (that I didn’t remember I had until I sent it out), toxic, wish, and protect. All hope was pretty much lost at this point, I thought all I could do was stall
temporius switched in Blissey (lvl 100 Blissey ?).
magnepoo used Hidden Power.
Blissey lost 7% of its health.
Blissey used Wish.
Blissey made a wish!
Blissey's leftovers restored its health a little!
Blissey restored 6% of its health.
---
magnepoo used Hidden Power.
Blissey lost 7% of its health.
Blissey used Hidden Power.
It's not very effective...
magnepoo lost 9% of its health.
The wish came true!
Blissey restored 50% of its health.
With the exception of wish restoring health, the same thing happened pretty much the entire rest of the battle. This took up a long time, so I’m skipping to this section.
magnepoo used Hidden Power.
Blissey lost 7% of its health.
Blissey used Hidden Power.
It's not very effective...
magnepoo lost 10% of its health.
fezican's magnepoo fainted.
temporius wins!
temporius: gg
fezican: lol nice bliss at the end when i thought i had u
fezican: good game
fezican has left the room.
His last line pretty much says what he felt. I was amazed that a: blissey had an attack move and b: I actually managed to take down a magnezone using it.

You explained it fine (I hate when people write two paragraphs after every turn) but the match wasn't all that great. Incidently, have you ever faced someone on shoddy with a dugtrio lead?
