Basically, my laptop's internet works in safemode, but not in normal mode. My computer is working fine with the ethernet cable, but my laptop doesn't work with it either. omg halp :/

well, when i start my laptop up normally i get a message saying tcp/whatever isn't installed, but i reinstalled all my drivers dealing with it. The problem occured after i fixed a virus problem so their might be a connection

TCP/IP is not installed. Disable email scanning in your Symantec product options or install TCP/IP.

For some reason, I cannot find internet connections on Vista, I can on XP however, I'm pretty sure it has something to do with your settings. But anyway, with the power of google, read those to see if it helps.
