0 | My parents are divorced, too, though I knew their marriage had been loveless for a pretty long time so I wasn't torn up about it at all. I actually started to get really annoyed at my friends/colleagues, since somehow it became understood that any time something "disastrous" happens to a family like divorce, all parties involved must be distraught and hurting and require constant support and tiptoeing around the fact. There was no convincing them otherwise. What was funny is that they didn't make that big a deal when my first relationship ended, and unlike then I was in a crummy mood for a short period. |

0 | The only thing I care about is not having internet/tv for the last 6 days. I've been playing rockband the whole time. My god world tour is long. Also, obviously since i wasn't on yesterday my mom managed to screw up and I'm supposed to get internet today. |

Most of them aren't even fazed by it. Gameboy doesn't even seem the least sad about it. Your friends having divorced parents or gb not appearing upset doesn't somehow allieviate the need to be considerate. I said I was annoyed by my friends acting needlessly careful and sensitive around me, but I didn't lash out at them for it either. |
