0 | What's the average? I know some of my friends in middle school took the SAT and passed though... I was given the option but it didn't seem real worthwhile. |

Although my score on the old SATs was better than CrossDragon's on the new one... lol |

0 | At least when I was in college, they certainly cared about SAT scores; but then our tests only had Math and English and the scores only went up to 1600. Regents exams. THOSE were total bullshit. The moment I found that out, I stopped studying for them and couldn't have cared less if I scored poorly on one. I only wish I found that out before I fussed over the lot of them. |

I got into 3 schools I didn't have grades for - but I tested well and can write mean essays. |

I suck at testing, but I can write mean essays. XD;; I remember I went to an Internship last quarter, and I put the new SAT scoring system on my resume. The CEO gave me a weird look and asked if I mistyped what I submitted... Blah. But don't worry, CD. You'll be fine if you're taking it over again, which is smart might I add. I only took the SAT once, so I didn't leave much room for improvement... Good luck on the next one though! |

If you're going to an art school or for something in music, computers, or something you really can't gauge from SATs, what matters is your extra-curriculars and your passion for those things. |

0 | I don't think testing scores are as important as others make them out to be. I got into my college with some of the crappiest testing scores compared to my friends who maxed out on all categories. So, as long as you got yourself a pretty solid GPA, good extra curricular activities, and maybe a little bit of community service, I think you should be golden in front of other admission offices. |

0 | My middle school is behind, it just this year made an advanced core and math class between geometry and pre algebra, I'm finally better at math then every 6th grader in the school and it only took me 2 years. |

0 | with a decent gpa. you'll be able to get into state colleges, however,you're out of luck if you're trying to get into a division 1 school. they expect at least 600-700 on crit reading and math. |
