Well out of all the endure users I thought mamoswine might have some credibility because he is uneffected by all forms of damaging weather. This would probably be extra potent in combination with a strong explosion user with a choice scarf in doubles, first, you use explosion, then, using endure, you survive that turn, get the stat up, and sweep whats left.

Well, the problem here is that Mamoswine is slow as crap so the Salac Berry boost won't even help it at times as at least one Pokemon will have Choice Scarf. You're better off with Liechi Berry and spamming Ice Shard imo. And having Endure and Substitute on the same set is counter productive, either remove Substitute or Endure. Mamoswine doesn't have the Speed to sub down for Salac's activation...unless it get's hit for about 55%. So Endure would be kind of better.
