0 | Posting to say that 269 SAtk is extremely important and should be standard on Spinner Starmie as its one of the better responses to Garchomp. No, really, 269 SAtk is really really important. Starmie has okay defenses; never enough to stand up to repeated Garchomp hits or Salamence Draco Meteors. There really really needs to be EVing to reach 269 SAtk so that Starmie can take out Garchomp in one hit. This is probably more important on Starmie than on any other Pokémon. |
