Forum - Hello there!

Hi, I'm new to this place as you can see.

My name is Greg, I am from Scotland, 17 years of age. Okay thats the basics gone. I just managed to buy a DS, and pokemon diamond. I have owned every other pokemon, but I'm happier with diamond than every other previous game.

why?

This has the online capabilities I have longed for. Problem for me is, everyone locally to me grew out of pokemon at age 11, but not me, I kept on going. However, I have never been into anything competitive, apart from Halo 3 (which I attend a tournament in march + I'm top 32 online ffa in Europe). However, I always wondered after getting into Halo competitively if pokemon had a competitive community (when I say 'always wondered', I really mean it popped into my head like 30 mins ago, from posting this topic) which has lead me here.

As mentioned earlier, I'm new to competitive pokemon, and well I only just bought diamond. I will attempt competitive in the near future, but gaining a team to level 100 will be hard (considering I only clocked 23 hours in about 1 week and a half, since I first bought pokemon - yep that's how long i've owned pokemon and a ds in general) but i'll give it a bash, however, it will always come second best to halo i'm afraid.

A few other things about me is that, I watch Bleach and Naruto, and like photoshop design (well did, after exams and such I never really did it that much)...

Anyway that is me when it comes to video games.
