I know people will run Icy Wind because it gets the boost and the effect is very beneficial. It almost seems like a great candidate to use HP over Hypnosis for better coverage - maybe HP Ground, since Lanturn and Magnezone are the only ones that resist Boltbeam. |

0 | Maybe it can work, feel free to try it. Big problem is, such a quick Hypnosis makes it quite a bit easier to set up that Nasty Plot (as long as it connects of course), AND it ruins one of the opponent's Pokés. |

0 | I've used HP Ice Persian, yes, it works if the power is 60. The only thing Icy wind has going for it is the Spd drop |
