[CODE]304 Atk vs. 130 Def, 250 BP, 714 Max HP: 419-493 damage(58.68%-69%) 456 Atk (CB) vs. 130 Def, 250 BP, 714 Max HP: 627-738 damage(87.8%-103%) (guaranteed OHKO with Stealth Rock, no Leftovers)[/CODE] So basically, you are guaranteed OHKO with Max Atk and Choice Band and Stealth Rock support, but they have to switch in on your Explosion to guarantee you get them. Although you've got a really good chance to OHKO otherwise. |

I ran my own damage calcs on Metalkid with my standard Bronzong (Neutral nature, 152 Attack EVs) against a maxed Blissey (Positive nature, 252 Defense 252 HP) and I ended up with: Defender HP: 714 Damage: 695 - 818 Damage: 97.34% - 114.57% Which is a very likely OHKO. Neutral nature, 0 Attack EVS against maxed Blissey: Defender HP: 714 Damage: 591 - 695 Damage: 82.77% - 97.34% 252 Attack, Positive nature, against maxed Blissey: Defender HP: 714 Damage: 838 - 986 Damage: 117.37% - 138.10% I felt something was off since Explosion is quite the powerful move, and I remember my Scarftran Exploding against a Blissey and OHKOing it, and Heatran's Base Attack is only one point more than Bronzong's. I might be wrong though, so if anybody else could chip in, that'd be great. |
