Forum - Record mixing in the GBA games - the BT effect

Anyone have experience mixing records in the GBA games and battling the other person's Battle Tower team in the Battle Tower? I want to know if nicknames are transferred over with the team.

I know for a fact the secret base Pokemon do not retain their nicknames after the record mixing.

I'm fairly sure nicknames are kept in the Battle Tower.
