I don't know what a forum made solely for publicized flaming and thanking will achieve. Personally, I don't think this is a good idea at all, especially when all the moderators and administrators can see.

it will help prevent flaming on other boards if u get pissed go to the FLAming zone and vent
Or better: just don't flame at all. Seriously, there's no need to create a separate zone where people can flame the hell out of each other, that's not really a good idea IMO.
People nominate this on every board I go to,its the stupidest concept, if two users have a beef, they will flame in every topic, not some special forum.
