I believe these are the rules: 1. Only Pokemon on Level (1 or 5) are allowed. 2. Only first forms are allowed. 3. Pokemon that have an item that enhances that specific species' ability are banned. 4. Pokemon that do not evolve are banned. 5. Pokemon that once did not evolve are banned. That's right, isn't it? Anyway, I completely support this idea.

I don't think you can get a lvl 1 or 5 ditto And what about Pokemon like Marril, Chansey and Roeslia that can hatch from an egg but have a baby form?
