FDX is pwnage though. >_> FDX, you're at the top of 4 though cuz 4 always wins. And there is no 4. >_>
<.< Someone likes to suck up. Ruesap, I'll have to enter it tomorrow. I Wii won't let me pass the Second Stage. The text is too large for it to handle. But I understand what you're asking for. So I'll get it in ASAP.
No, it's just that FDX is pwnage. >__________________>
So, I don't pwnage as well. <.< Man, so rude.
I don't know what you're saying. >_>
Basically saying "You think I suck or not good?"
<.< Keep in mind, I have given you a few beatings as well.
Yes but are record is like 50-50. >_> I have logs to prove it, mind you. lol

Really now, what teams did you face?
TSS. A lot.
<.< Really now, I just remember the one time we battled. I remember losing to SNX7 on the same day though.

I mean, I battled only TSS. A lot. >_>
P.S. You have an amazing memory. >_>
All I can remember is one battle against my TSS. The rest I think I was just watching.
Of course it will be different for everyone, but I still think there are certain loose guidelines that you can say are necessary before moving on, like a basic understanding of movesets, type coverage, key speeds, magic stat numbers, etc.
Okay, well I've looked over this a little more, and here's my idea of the stages of trainer development.
Stage 1: the same standard stage you have posted.
Stage 2: the trainer begins to build standard teams, and also has a general idea of the theory behind the game (i.e. standard movesets for standard Pokemon)
Stage 3: the trainer can now independently build successful standard teams, covering for weaknesses and countering several threats. The trainer is also beginning to recognize standard predictions and how to use them.
Stage 4: the trainer builds EV spreads designed to counter specific threats, and can now predict accurately. Just by seeing a Pokemon, the trainer can recognize a standard set, its role on the team, and how to counter it.
Stage 5: This trainer is a master of both theory and team building. The trainer can map out a battle as soon as it begins - predicting their opponent's team based simply on their first Pokemon. This trainer will analyze a battle from a theoretical standpoint, deciding what they have done wrong and working independently to improve that. This trainer rarely loses.

I'll add on to this more later.
Nice, I do like it. But there is no Stage 5. Stage 4 is when they have gained the needed skills. Thats the stage when they just continue on getting better as battlers. But I'll add what Trainers learn at what stage.
I don't understand when you guys say "This trainer rarely loses." When an undefeated team faces an undefeated team, SOMEONE will lose. Therefore, when you put a lvl 5 against a lvl 5, someone's going to lose. Obviously they rarely lose against people of lower levels though.
There is no lvl 5 either, nor is there a lvl 4.1. There's a limit to expertise in battle, and once you've hit it you can't go any further. Also, there is no spoon.
