Hello and thank you for showing your interest in Libelldra Forge ?lite Artists Guild (or LFEAG for short). This is a group of artists on The Libelldra Forge who have decided to band together in order to promote the development of arts within our very own community.
    Our goals include:
  • Promoting the fine arts in order to create a more civilized society. Every society has its arts, and here we have gathered the most refined artists of the community in order to promote the growth of ?lite arts.
  • Uniting all the artists within the community in order to establish a certain closeness. Interaction among artists is crucial to create a friendly environment wherein artists may reach their true potential.
  • Encouraging young and beginner artists, as well as non-artists, to develop and improve art skills. After all, the primary reason that certain forums have a very few number of art posted is due to a certain behavioral phenomenon known as shyness. Young artists are generally too embarrassed to display any sort of ability in art. We intend to remedy this by doing away with the social blockades that cause it and praise the artwork of others while offering constructive criticism at the same time.
  • Aiding in the development of abilities in art criticism and appreciation. Unappreciated art is highly wasteful. Not only shall we have artists appreciate and criticize other artists, we shall also encourage those who do not wish to contribute artwork to be a patron and critic of the arts.
In short, we are here to offer much needed aid to the rather depressing state of our arts. Join us today!* Help the Libelldra art revolution!

Is this Guild applied entirely to the Drawings section of the Art board or everything?

Well, shoot, that's kinda lame...

Anyway, I'm no master of arts, but I've seen stuff like this before. The rubric seems simple enough, but how will you judge the art of applicants? I mean, will there be some sort of objective way (similar to grading an essay on an AP Test, I guess) or mainly subjective? I'm not trying to nitpick or anything, but it's just a concern of mine, 'cause I've seen that problem before when people try to create things like this.

While I will not reveal our grading scheme, I can assure you the process is neither as ?litist nor as harsh as the group may come off as.

And yes, you can be a janitor.

Should I not be promoted to artist?

Those of you who have read Pt.I of my novel and looked at my drawings would agree dramatically.
