On a side note, how does one gain the contributor status; just contributing an FAQ or something, or does one have to be, like, an official analysis maker or something.

Contibutors help the Moveset Analyses a lot. They give helpful tips on the analyses. So Ruesap gave them a new title.

A usergroup is basically quite literal. It is a group of users. Whether it be admins, mods, 'banned' or regular members.
Ruesap made me an admin for a few mins to buy the ad removal, and in that time i managed to make myself a usergroup called 'spank me'. But when ruesap deadmined me he didn't put me into spank me but put me back into members
