FLYGON CUP- WEEK 3 SIGNUPS

Welcome to Week 3 of the Flygon Cup! This week is Tier 2 standard again, which means that the following pokemon are banned:

Mewtwo
Mew
Wobbuffet
Lugia
Ho-oh
Latias
Latios
Groudon
Kyogre
Rayquaza
Deoxys (all forms)
Manaphy
Palkia
Dialga
Giratina
Darkrai
Arceus

The following clauses are also active:

Sleep clause
OHKO clause
Evasion clause
Species clause
Self-KO clause
Freeze clause

Finally, and this is the important part:

ALL POKEMON MUST HAVE A CHOICE ITEM ATTACHED. BAND, SPECS, AND SCARF ARE ALL ALLOWED, IN ANY COMBINATION. ALL OTHER ITEMS ARE BANNED, AND EVERY POKEMON MUST HAVE AN ITEM.

Damn, looks like I got here too late. And I can use Shoddy this weekend, too...

I'd sign up for tomorrow's tournament, but I doubt I could come up with an effective team before then. Besides, I'll probably be unavailable most of the day since it's my brother's birthday, so...
